By scheduling, receiving, or paying for services, or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

HVAC Philadelphia Pro provides residential and commercial HVAC, heating, cooling, plumbing, sewer, electrical, generator, and indoor air quality services throughout Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas.

  • Services are performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked technicians.
  • We reserve the right to decline service at any location or to any customer at our sole discretion.
  • All services will be clearly described, scoped, and priced before work begins.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointment windows are time estimates. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window.
  • Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access to all service areas and equipment.
  • If access is unavailable upon technician arrival, a service call fee may be charged.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to technician availability, weather, or safety concerns.
  • 24/7 emergency services are available and dispatched on a priority basis.

3. Pricing, Quotes & Payment

  • All pricing is presented upfront before work begins. No hidden fees.
  • Free estimates are provided for installations and system replacements.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
  • Accepted methods: major credit/debit cards, checks, cash, and approved financing.
  • Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
  • Returned or dishonored checks incur a $35 returned check fee.

4. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required by the City of Philadelphia, or applicable Pennsylvania state code, HVAC Houston Pro will obtain all necessary permits for installation and replacement work. Permit fees are passed to the customer at cost. All work is performed in compliance with applicable HVAC, plumbing, and electrical codes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and work areas.
  • Disclose known hazards prior to service (asbestos, mold, gas leaks, structural issues, flood conditions).
  • Ensure an authorized adult (age 18+) is present throughout the service visit.
  • Follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules to preserve warranty coverage.
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns during or immediately after service completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Pennsylvania law, HVAC Philadelphia Pro’s total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Philadelphia Pro, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or failure to disclose known property hazards.

8. Intellectual Property
