Word of mouth is our greatest compliment. When you refer a friend, neighbor, or colleague to HVAC Philadelphia Pro, we make sure both of you are rewarded. This policy outlines how our referral program works and who is eligible.
1. Referral Rewards Overview
- Referring Customer Reward: $60 credit toward your next service or invoice.
- New Customer Reward: 6% off their first completed service (up to $199 value).
- No limit on how many people you can refer.
2. Qualifying Services
Referral rewards are issued once the referred customer completes and pays for any of the following:
- HVAC system installation or replacement (AC, furnace, heat pump, boiler, mini-split).
- Generator installation or major repair.
- Emergency HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service call.
- Enrollment in an annual maintenance or service agreement plan.
- Plumbing, sewer, or electrical service with a minimum invoice value of $199.
Standalone diagnostic visits or inspections do not qualify as referral-triggering services.
3. How to Submit a Referral
- Ask your referred contact to mention your full name when booking at www.hvacphiladelphiapro.com.
- Alternatively, email info@hvacphiladelphiapro.com with the referred person’s name and phone number before their first appointment.
- Referrals must be registered at or before the time of the referred customer’s first service.
4. Reward Issuance & Redemption
- Rewards are issued within 14 days of the referred customer’s qualifying service being completed and fully paid.
- The $50 credit is applied to your HVAC Philadelphia Pro account for use against any future invoice.
- Credits do not expire for 12 months from the date of issuance.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted in writing.
5. Eligibility Requirements
- The referred customer must be new to HVAC Philadelphia Pro — no service history in the prior 24 months.
- Self-referrals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Both customers must have accounts in good standing (no outstanding balances).
- Employees and contractors of HVAC Philadelphia Pro are not eligible to participate.
6. Program Integrity
HVAC Philadelphia Pro reserves the right to investigate suspected referral fraud. Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all rewards and may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program with 30 days’ notice.
7. Commercial & Property Manager Referrals
Property managers, HOA coordinators, and commercial facility managers who regularly refer clients may qualify for our Commercial Partner Program with enhanced rewards and priority scheduling. Contact us to learn more.
